Regular updates are provided to stakeholders throughout the resolution process to maintain transparency and accountability.

Incidents are documented within our systems, with oversight by the Quality Manager. This ensures thorough root cause analysis and timely corrective actions, while regular reviews and monitoring of PIRs and complaints help uncover trends and drive continuous improvement.
