Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors are used to measure a company's sustainability and ethical impact on the environment and society as a whole.
Environmental factors refer to a company's use of natural resources, energy consumption, pollution, and waste management. Social factors refer to a company's relationship with its employees, customers, suppliers, and the wider community. Lastly, governance factors refer to a company's management practices, including board composition, data protection and cybersecurity, anti-bribery and corruption as well as whistleblowing procedures.
We have implemented multiple initiatives to reduce our environmental impact, such as reducing our carbon emissions, switching to completely renewable energy sources, and minimising waste through introducing new and innovative waste management procedures. We also prioritise social responsibility by ensuring fair labour practices, promoting diversity and inclusion, and supporting our local communities.
