Andrew Tyler

Chairman

Andrew joins Joloda Hydraroll as Chairman, following 35-years in engineering and technology businesses. With experience in industrial and business support services, he sees a crucial future for Joloda as businesses around the world become ever more focused on logistical efficiency through innovative solutions and automation. Andrew chairs a number of companies in the private markets and is looking forward to being part of Joloda’s winning team for the future.

CEO

Michele, Joloda Hydraroll’s CEO, has been steering the team since 2017. He’s an integral part in the company’s worldwide status, and feels a great sense of pride in knowing that Joloda Hydraroll’s experienced team deliver to all corners of the globe. At heart, Michele’s a lover of good old fashioned engineering – and thinks there’s nothing better than seeing a load being effortlessly glided into a container by hand.

Helping us lighten loads for over 15 years, Wouter's knowledge of the Joloda Hydraroll product range is hard to beat. It's one of the reasons that he finds picking a favourite so difficult. Because for Wouter, it's the quality of Joloda products that keeps him selling year after year – he just loves to help solve customers' problems, one solution at a time.

Mike Boardman

Chief Financial Officer

Mike joined the team as our new Chief Financial Officer in 2024. He has overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all finance activities of the Group, as well as maintaining investor relations, ensuring Joloda can continue lightening loads around the world. Mike appreciates the versatility of the Modular Rollerbed System, and the range of rollers that can be used to support different loads.

Julian Allen

Operations Director

The spearhead of our technical department, Julian joined Joloda Hydraroll's management team in 2022 and enjoys working at the business because it is a customer focused, dynamic and growing business. As a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Julian enjoys the design and quality of our products and the challenge of serving a demanding worldwide client base of prestige blue-chip clients.

As Group Project Manager, Bram's a key player in the international side of Joloda Hydraroll – which happens to be one of his favourite parts of the job. He's a lover of Joloda Hydraroll’s technical solutions, and finds himself constantly impressed with the high tech controls and custom made designs that go into solutions like the Slipchain.

Director, Loading Automation Inc.

Having worked with Joloda Hydraroll as a distributor for a number of years, Brett officially became part of the team during the LAI acquisition. Much like his relationship with Joloda, Brett likes the idea of a solution being perfected over time, to become more durable and more reliable. He says working for Joloda is as satisfying as solving a puzzle – there's nothing greater than taking a customer's problem, and coming up with the best solution.

Actiw Oy - Managing Director

Tomi joined the Joloda Family alongside Actiw in 2024, and is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and performance of Actiw. He works on setting company goals, developing growth strategies, and ensure alignment across departments to achieve operational excellence and profitability, driving the business toward long-term success. We are delighted to have Tomi and his team onboard! Tomi enjoys how the Actiw products increase the total throughput in customer sites and work seamlessly in customer operations.

Manual Loading Systems Sales Manager

As Global Sales Manager, Arjan isn’t averse to globetrotting on behalf of Joloda Hydraroll. In fact, he spends his days supporting sales teams and distributors in all corners of the globe. But to him, the greatest thing in the world is the ability to offer customers true flexibility for their solution – through short delivery times, easy installation and strong concepts.

Automated Loading Systems Sales Manager

Javier enjoys problem-solving, the human aspect of the business and helping clients with the right solution for their needs. He doesn't have a favourite system, just the one that meets the specific needs of the client, achieving full satisfaction. The technology incorporated in all our solutions allows us to adapt to each situation, and these adaptations make each system unique.

Juho Kauhanen

Sales Director (Petrochemical)

Juho is an expert in Petrochemical loading solutions, and has been providing non-modified trailer loading solutions for over 14 years. By specialising in the Chemical industry, Juho has the expertise to provide tailored loading solutions to clients operating within this sector. Due to the delicate nature of these products, this puts clients at ease by having a specialised solution to ensure safety and efficiency through the loading operation. Juho is proud to be a LoadMatic system product expert able to help clients around the globe achieve their logistics goals.

Lee Meakin

General Manager Joloda Conveyor Services

Lee is kept busy running Joloda Conveyor Services. The team makes sure conveyors are kept running for some of the biggest parcel services in the UK. His favourite Joloda Hydraroll product is the Modular Rollerbed system for vans - it works in all van types and makes the loading of pallets so much easier. What he like best about working for the business is that every day is a different challenge.
